Refund policy

Exchange:

Any product purchase from KHUDA BAKSH CREATIONS’s online store can be exchanged from the Online Store only, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state (We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty). This policy is applicable to local orders only.

  • For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.
  • For products on Sale, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order.
  • The Exchange Policy is only applicable if you inform us on the same day and return the item within 5 days after the goods are delivered.

 

Duties and Taxes Responsibility

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that any applicable duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's laws or customs authorities are your responsibility. These charges are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.

If you refuse or fail to pay the required duties and taxes and the parcel is subsequently returned to us, we will not be held responsible for that specific consignment. In such cases, if you still wish to receive the order, you will be required to pay for the duties, taxes, as well as the shipping charges for both the return and the resending of the consignment.


Exchange Procedure:

KHUDA BAKSH CREATIONS does not offer an exchange/refund policy once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged. In that scenario, it is compulsory that inform us on the same day of delivery and return the faulty or damaged parcel to us with in 5 days to be eligible for an exchange. You have to contact to our customer services center by emailing us at sales@khudabaksh.com or can call us at (+92) 3-111-222-358 along with your order number for our customer care representative to schedule the right one for you.

Refund Timing and Cancellation Option:

  • Refunds can be requested up to 1 day before to the shipping company taking possession of your parcel.
  • However, once the shipping company has dispatched your parcel, it becomes non-refundable.
  • If your parcel experiences significant delays and you prefer not to proceed, you have the option to cancel your order up to 1 day before the shipping company takes over.
