Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch from our warehouse. Once dispatched to our international shipping partner, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. Refunds can be requested up to 1 day before the shipping company takes possession of your parcel. Once the parcel has been dispatched, it becomes non-refundable. In cases of significant delays, you have the option to cancel your order up to 1 day before the shipping company takes possession.

 

Exchange Policy

Any product purchased from KHUDA BAKSH CREATIONS’s online store can be exchanged via our online store only, provided it is unused and has its original labels and tags intact. We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver an incorrect item or the product is faulty. This policy applies to local orders only.

 

For international orders, exchanges are available only if we deliver an incorrect item or a product with a defect. Similarly, for products on sale, exchanges are applicable only if we deliver an incorrect item. In cases where an order consists of multiple products, or a single outfit has multiple components, and only a part of the order or outfit is found to be faulty, we are liable to replace or refund the defective part only—not the entire outfit or order.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, you must inform us on the same day and return the item within 5 days of delivery. Contact our customer service center at sales@khudabaksh.com or by calling (+92) 3-111-222-358 with your order number, so our representative can assist you with the exchange.

 

Note: Accessories, jewelry, Sale Items and shawls are not eligible for exchange. If you receive a damaged item from these categories, you must inform us instantly after opening the parcel for a possible solution.

 

 

Duties and Taxes Responsibility

By placing an order, you agree that any applicable duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authorities are your responsibility. These charges are not included in the total price at checkout. If you refuse or fail to pay the required duties and taxes and the parcel is returned to us, we will not be responsible for that consignment. If you wish to have the order resent, you will be required to pay all applicable duties, taxes, and shipping charges for the return and resending of the parcel.

 

Shipping Policy

Once your order is with the shipping company, KHUDA BAKSH CREATIONS is not responsible for any loss, delay, or issues occurring during transit. Please understand that the estimated delivery time provided is an approximation and not a guarantee. If you encounter any issues during the shipping process, we recommend contacting the shipping company directly. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for delays or issues caused by the shipping company once your order has left our premises.

Shipping Timeline

We are committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible. However, please note that the delivery time displayed at checkout is an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed. International shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance and handling by the shipping company.

While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery process, KHUDA BAKSH CREATIONS is not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to mishandling by the shipping company unless insurance has been added to your order. Insurance can be requested by contacting our Customer Care team prior to dispatch.

Proof of Delivery

In the UK and other locations where COVID-19 has impacted delivery protocols, picture proof may be used in place of a signature for confirmation of delivery. If the shipping company provides picture proof, this will be accepted as valid delivery confirmation. KHUDA BAKSH CREATIONS is only responsible for dispatching products from our origin and providing customers with a tracking number.

If a customer refuses delivery or the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping fees and customs duties imposed will be the customer’s responsibility. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Delivery Disputes

If the customer has disputes over delivery due to reasons such as the courier’s arrival during their absence, requesting an address change with the shipping company, or opting for self-collection and failing to retrieve the parcel, the customer is responsible for resolving these issues directly with the shipping company.
